Meet Our Trainers


Dave has over 12 years experience in leading product and data strategy, as well as teams. He is always seeking to help leaders and organizations stretch what they thought was possible and make true transformational change over iterative one. He does this by addressing all four tiers of people, process, technology and data to solve real problems that align with organization’s strategy and competency. Dave is an entrepreneur and has worked for large companies like U.S. Bank, Aon and Solera. He regularly advises clients, speaks at conferences, and conducts workshops around the world. Dave is the co-host of the Data Able podcast. He serves on the Board of Directors for MinneAnalytics and leads ProductCamp Twin Cities, Twin Cities Data Viz Group and Customer Focus North.


Pouya is a Product Leader, Strategist and Experience Designer in Fintech with the focus on building products powered by AI. He is a passionate design thinker and innovation enthusiast. He is the 2018 winner of the Artificial Intelligence in Finance award designed by CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic of Singapore. Pouya worked with Lloyds Banking Group on their Machine Intelligence Programme with the mission to build an in-house Fintech entity from scratch and define the strategy for the application of AI in the bank. During this time, he has also delivered 3 products for Mortgages, Consumer Servicing and People Value Streams. Before Lloyds Banking Group, as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, he designed and managed digital products end-to-end and from scratch deployed in countries such as Spain, Brazil and Uruguay under Yaap, Vivo and Movistar commercial brands of Telefonica and for the NHS. Pouya holds a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary University in London.


Monica helps companies and individuals build their product team skills and capabilities in order to create high-functioning cultures where great products and services can be delivered. She does this through coaching, mentoring and helping to establish communities of product practice. She has 13+ years of experience in the digital space, with 8+ years in product. Monica worked with and for many well-known brands – Microsoft, The Guardian, Not on the High Street, Etsy, Zoopla, The Economist and more.
